St Helena Woods

This integrated housing community is currently under development. When complete it will include 240 homes in St Helena, a growing suburb, about 26 kilometres north-east of Melbourne’s CBD. The site will feature a quality selection of architect designed homes, plus extensive retained native vegetation, a wetland and a creek. Resolution’s involvement in the project has been significant. It has involved coordination of a wide range of consultants, careful planning and rigorous development management. It has also required development of a marketing campaign that engages both local and international markets. When complete St Helena Woods will be a trophy project for Singaporean client, Far East Organization Pty Ltd.
