Development Director

Jeremy has over 20 years experience in residential property development in Melbourne & South East Queensland and has private and public company experience including senior development roles at Mirvac Group and Macquarie Bank.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and has extensive experience in development site acquisitions, master planned communities, integrated housing, residential-golf communities, and overseas project marketing and sales.

Jeremy is actively involved in supporting the Sacred Heart Mission and is on the Men’s Committee (Mission Possible) which helps raise funds for the Mission’s Kickstart Program which offers individualised support to people, to help them participate in sport and recreation, addressing their physical and mental health and their drug and alcohol use.

Frazer has over 15 years experience in the development industry working for companies such as KordaMentha and Villawood Properties and CRI Australia.

Frazer has extensive experience in the management of large scale master planned communities and mixed use projects including commercial office and retail components.

Frazer holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) and is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in Victoria and Queensland. Frazer is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (API) and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Most recently Ben has been providing acquisition and development management services to key clients.

Jason is currently project managing the delivery of civils and landscape construction on several master planned residential communities.

Deirdre is an experienced project sales consultant and has previously worked on numerous luxury projects including the Triptych residential apartment project in Southbank.
